What does the $20/month cover?
The website described above, its domain, and hosting and care while your plan is active. There is no setup fee and no other required fee for the included package.
What does submitting the form do?
It reserves the Boo at the Zoo rate for your business and saves exactly what you saw here. It doesn’t charge you, doesn’t start work, and isn’t the service agreement: you’ll read and accept that before we begin.
When will my site be built?
We schedule builds in the order businesses are ready, and we’ll give you real dates once yours is scheduled. Until then any date is an estimate. If your build starts after the promotion ends, you keep the reserved rate.
Who owns what?
You own your domain, your content and your data. We keep the code and design, and your plan lets you use the site while it’s active. This is the same as our terms of service.
What happens after the first year?
After the first 12 months the price stays the same, and you can cancel at any time with no fee.
Can I cancel early?
If you cancel before the 12 months are complete, a $100 cancellation fee applies. We will confirm it in writing when you tell us.
